Uruguay has a pleasant climate with consistent temperatures that do not become unbearable in Summer (December to March). Seasons are well definded and winter is generally mild also. Uruguay, due to it’s geographic position in relation to the Atlantic Ocean, can experience strong winds. However, in seaside towns and cities, this wind provides a nice cooling effect.
